Very busy hotel, restaurant and bar, open all year round on the west coast of Scotland requires: head chef with experience of a high volume unit; high quality consistent food production; can demonstrate experience in ordering; stock control; general good kitchen housekeeping.
Base salary c. £20,000 - £22,000 with excellent performance related bonus.
