I have found really nice 4- bedroom flat in City Centre area, just behind the Wellgate. It is walking distance to all amenities as shopping centres, universities or other offices located in the centre. It is close to all buses going to any other destinations.

In each room is double bed, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is large well maintained bathroom ( with power shower) and kitchen with eating area. The flat is in good condition, you really must see.

The price is 230pcm - each room plus council tax which will be equally shared between 4 flatmates so it gives another 30 -40 pounds each month, plus utility bills as gas, electricity, internet. The total should be around 300 pounds a month per person.


I am friendly, easy going person. I am neat and tidy, especially in shared areas. I like meeting new people, visiting new places during my weekends. I enjoy going out to pubs, cinemas or I enjoy just reading the book with a glass of wine.

I am female, 25. I am looking for working people (council tax issue), gender doesn't matter, preferably non smoking ( at least in the flat).
