Our client, a 5 star, luxury, Relais & Chateaux Country House Hotel is looking for a dynamic Sous Chef who can help maintain and promote the exceptionally high standards established by the Head Chef.
The Sous Chef will be working under the direction of the Head Chef in this small (18 rooms) family run establishment the successful candidate will have an unparalleled opportunity to contribute to the consistency of performance in the kitchen and to a belief in the value of freshness and quality. Full use is made of local game, Aberdeen Angus beef, fish, shellfish and produce from the garden.
Our client is looking for a Sous Chef with a passion for food. He / she will have previous rosette experience and will have previously worked in a 4 or 5 star establishment. He / she will be able to demonstrate a consistent work record and must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
The hotel is offering the successful candidate his own flat in the nearby village so this is an amazing opportunity to establish and develop your career as a Sous Chef whilst at the same time becoming part of the local community.

Salary £18K -£20K per annum.
