My client is looking for an experienced chef de partie to take on their first sous role, you should be a self starter, you must be comfortable taking responsibility, and in time be capable of covering days off and holidays etc. The role also includes the training of junior chefs. This is an ideal opportunity as a stepping stone in becoming a Head Chef.
