My name is Ian and I've come back home from several years in Edinburgh to Montrose and have left all my friends and social life behind there so I'm looking to meet some new people around here.

I've always fancied the idea of starting a small band with the simple aim of mucking about and having some good clean fun. So I'm on the lookout for a female singer and a bassist. Both roughly the same age group as me (I'm 23 so about 18-26) and must have an open taste in music and be willing to meet up beforehand for a face to face chat to see how we get on. Its more about making friends than music albums.

I'm a 23 year old guy, and only at beginer level guitar. Into all types of music apart from sugary pop and hip hop/r'n'b for the most part and love watching movies, reading etc etc. Essentially, all the usual stuff there. I would describe myself as a bit of a geek, but thats not neccessarily a bad thing in my mind.

I can't really travel far so mostly looking in the Montrose area for people, going out as far as Arbroath to Forfar distance at the most.
