I am currently transferring to Edinburgh University and have signed a lease in a brand new 3-bed, right next to the university campus.
I am leaving behind 2 great flat mates currently studying Interior Design and Law.
The room availible is a double and is fully furnished with broadband, tv, parking & all appliances availible and is approximatly a 2minute walk from the city centre.
Please let me know if you would be at all interested - the rent is approx 300-350 per month.
