I am postgraduate Student looking for 1 bed property. I mostly remain inside Uni or Work, which is why the place must be safe even if I am away. Please don't suggest me location like Hilltown, Dens road and so on.....
The property must have all primary goods. I don't expect PC, TV, DVD, music system and similar though....
If you have anything suitable for me, I am happy for long term tenancy. I am looking to move on first week of June.
In-house or off-road parking would be add-on.
I am silent, non-drinker and non-smoker. Your property will be well looked after.
