Hey, we are looking for a flatmate to share our flat with for the next academic year! We are two female 19 year old university students, looking for another fun, male or female student to share with.

The flat is approximately 20-30mins walk from the university campus and 20-30mins walk from ninewells, and there are bus routes running in both directions right next to the flat. The room is fully furnished with a single bed, large built-in wardrobe and a desk. The rent is £200 per month not including bills.
