We are looking for a head chef experienced in working with fresh produce for our growing restaurant,

Head chef will be responsible for controlling food and wages cost, heath and safety procedures, menu planing. this will be conducted under the supervision of executive -chef.

the kitchen operates with a small hard working brigade of 3 chefs and 2 part time kp's

Salary £18000
