Relief Sous Chef is required for Hotel starting Thursday 27 August 2009 for 6-8 weeks, situated in the Highlands.

You will assist the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, previous experience at Sous level and references are essential.

Hours: min 40-50pw
