Relief Chef required for a uniquely situated Estate including Hotel, Restaurant and Golf Club.

4 month contract - up to £8.50 per hour plus Free accommodation

50 cover restaurant to 1AA rosette standard.

250 covers weddings, private functions etc


Working in a small brigade in a fresh food kitchen, the ideal candidate will have completed their NVQ level 1+2 or have equivalent qualifications. It would be beneficial to have experience at rosette level.
On quiter shifts you will be required to run the kitchen.
