I am looking for a spacious unfurnished family home (a HOUSE/COTTAGE) for rent in the Menzieshill/Charleston area of Dundee. Ideally id like a 4 bedroomed house/semi/cottage (NO FLATS sorry,due to health) if not possible a 3 bedroomed (double rooms) house with seperate dining room would be considered. Again Charleston/Menzieshill is preferred as i have children in school/nursery within these areas,but will consider any nice area (the closer to Charleston/Menzieshill the better,to save further disruption in having to move my childrens schools :)

Own fenced off back garden would be a plus,as would GCH & double glazing. Im willing to move anytime from end of May right through to the year dot lol
DSS must be accepted as i am not currently in employment,but i will be starting college,full time, in the summer.


NOTE: All the rules regarding private/council letting have changed as of beginning of April & rental rates are now calculated on how many bedrooms a tenant requires,according to the council guidelines & not the value of the property itself.I have been in touch with them & i am entitled to a four bedroomed property.Rent is paid direct to myself & then i forward it to you. I hope this helps =) I also have any rent in advance available (if applicable) from being let down badly with another property,so that is not a problem :)

We are a great family of 5 & have no asbo's or problems with the police or any neighbours. We are 4 kids ranging from 3-11 yrs old,the mothers age...well thats a secret haha...we need a house (NO FLATS) asap,as the flat we are in is far too small for us all to live in...we have all our own furniture & toys too,just too many of them to fit in this little "dolls house" haha,another reason why a proper house is needed :D. Any response will be greatly appreciated,even if its to pass a message on for someone regarding a house or to tell me "you'll be lucky" haha thanks for taking the time to read this...much appreciated :)
