Commis chef required to assist head chef at busy gastro restaurant in Cupar, Fife. The suitable candidate should have experience in a working kitchen, and will be responsible for starter and dessert service. Some dish washing will also be required, as will the upkeep of hygiene standards within the kitchen. We are looking for someone with a passion for food who can work with the head chef to create new and exciting dishes in line with season produce. Pay is above national minimum wage.
