Sous Chef & Commis Chef Required For New Dundee River Front Restaurant
A new Dundee restaurant aiming for accolades have current vacancies for a Sous Chef & Commis Chef.
You will be working in a 100% fresh food environment, using local, seasonal produce. The menu is constantly evolving and everything that leaves the kitchen is made in the kitchen.
The Head Chef has come from a 2/3 rosette background and is determined to maintain this standard in his new role.
We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and hard working individuals who strive for excellence.
For the Sous Chef position we require a minimum of 3 years experience at senior CDP/ Junior Sous Level. You will be comfortable on all sections and will run the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.
For the Commis Chef position experience would be preferred but is not essential. A willingness to learn and strong work effort are what counts.
