Hi, my name is Tina.
After the summer I am going into my 4th year at Dundee University. I'm looking for a relatively quiet and tidy flatmate, preferably female and also a student (no council tax!)
The rent is £200 per month and the room will be available anytime after the end of April. If you don't want to move in until September that would also be ok.
The room is a double bedroom, but since it is my own flat I can only provide a single bed. The flat is fully furnished so you wouldn't need to provide any furniture. There is a washing machine, fridge-freezer, shared living room with tv, and a shared bathroom with a shower.
I have a contract with Virgin Media for tv and wireless broadband which costs an additional £10 each per month. The electricity bill, which comes in approx every 3 months would also be split between us.
The flat itself is around a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre, and (for me) around a 30 minute walk to the University of Dundee campus. There are plenty of shops in the immediate area and a good number of bus stops going to all areas of the city.
