Our client is one of the most well known contract caterers currently operating in the UK and have a vacancy in a high quality, prestige unit in Perthshire for a head chef

Job Description
The role as head chef will involve managing a small brigade within a quality, private school dedicated to producing a variety of quality, fresh dishes. This role will involve working one of three shifts ranging from 6:30 to 19:30 and only one weekend in four.

Required Experience
The successful candidate will be an existing head chef with experience of working in a high volume environment and dedicated to fresh, healthy produce.

Salary and Benefits

The starting salary for this role is £23, 000. Bonuses can be achieved on a quarterly basis dependant on performance. Company benefits included are as standard.
