Female flatmate wanted to share a cosy ground floor flat in thompson street. The flat is just off the perth road and 5 mins walk from the university. the room is a good sized double. The only drawback is that the kitchen is fairly small and there is no lounge.

the rent is 180 pcm, not including bills, but bills are usually only around £20 per month. It is available from september. The flat is also only 5 mins walk from Dundee University, and around 15 from Abertay.
