I currently have a 2 bedroom house in montrose, the 2nd room i am looking to rent out to a professional person, would prefer a non-smoker, i do have two cats that stay in the house, im a 27 year old male, i work shifts so some weeks it would be like i wasnt there, feel free to ask anyquestions. Rent would have to be negotiated, weekly/monthly and how much etc.
