Female hypnotherapist in training requires a minimum of 8 volunteers for case studies. I am also a Registered Nurse and hold an enhanced disclosure scotland certificate.

The therapy will be free, sessions usually cost between £50-£70.

It could be for a range of issues such as:
- stop smoking
- weight management
- fears / phobias
- anxiety
- low mood
- sexual / relationship problems
- pain management
- performance issues
to name but a few.

Therapy will entail an average of 2-5 sessions lasting approximately 1.5 hrs each, but this can vary depending on the problem.

Hypnotherapy is safe and has proven effective for a variety of problems. You will not be asleep, out of control or made to do anything against your will. This is NOT stage hypnosis. It is one to one therapy aimed at helping you to help yourself.
