Swimtime Scotland are now running private 1to1 or 1to2 sessions at a local health club, in the city centre. Our fully qualified instructors have vast expereince in working with all ages and abilites,

Whether its over coming a fear, water confidence or stroke development we can cater for individual neeeds.

Sessions run for 30 minutes, with 25 mins strokedevelopment and 5 minutes contrasting theme.

Swimtime are looking to start an adult swimming club on a Thursday night with a maximum of four swimmers every half an hour to maximise participation and progress.

Swimtime Scotland have also teamed up with Enjoy Swimming and are brining Antenatal classes, Baby aquatics and infant aquatics to dundee this month
