My North East based Design and Build client has a fixed term requirement (approximately 2 yrs) for a Building Services Technician.

 

Educated to a minimum of an HNC (or equivalent) in building services engineering (electrical bias preferred) the successful candidate will join a building design team which provides a full design, implementation and project management service.

 

During the course of your role on this placement you will undertake supervision and execution of Electrical services survey work, take concepts and translate into contract drawings and oversee and inspect ongoing projects.  Projects will be varied and include educational, industrial, residential and cultural.  U full and working knowledge of CAD, NBS and HEVACOMP and related software desirable but not essential as training may be given.
