We have a suite of three attic rooms to rent in our large family house in Central Kirriemuir. (in The Roods)
The rooms comprise of two double bedroom size rooms and a small room in the middle of them. Previous tenants used one as a livivng room.
we have off street parking , garden, wireless internet 3 toilet as bathroom and a shower room. Also a Pool Room with pool table which you can use or challange my husband too!.
Also shared kitchen.
This is part of a large 6 bedroomed house with myself , my husband and our 20y old son living here now with 3 cats and a golden R dog.
No smoking is allowed in the house.
the rent all in would be £85 a week for one person and £95 for a couple or freinds sharing.
References would be requied and a deposit of £200
