Hotel in West End of Dundee (just off the Perth Road) has a vacancy for a Breakfast cook.

15 Hours over 5 days per week (3 hours a day) - approx 7am to 10am.
Extra hours may be required to cover holidays etc.

You would be cooking breakfasts for up to 21 people. Duties would also include cleaning of dishes, pots etc; stock control, laying tables and serving if necessary. You would be working in a restaurant kitchen with an assistant to help serve the guests.

Candidates must be reliable, enthusiastic, have good people skills, good cooking skills and good food & hygiene practices.

Food Hygiene certificate is preferred or candidate must be willing to undertake this course.

Knowledge of basic breakfast foods required. Training can be given if necessary.

This position may suit someone looking for a second income or just a few hours work a week.

As the Hotel has a licensed restaurant, there may be opportunities, in the future, for further work within the restaurant business.
