I offer a nice and light bedroom (with a very small balkony) in a flatshare with currently three other people. The room is fully furnished and has a new carpet.
The flat is located in 14, Milnbank Gardens which is about 15 minutes walk to the city center and 5-10 minutes walk from the University of Dundee.
The next supermarket (Sumerhil) is only 5 minutes walk as well as a postoffice and some other little shops.
The house includes a big kittchen with fridge and freezer, 2 little bathrooms with toilets and a big bathroom with bath as well as a boxroom with a washing machine.
Furthermore it has an own parking space in front of it and a little garden.
It would be best if you’re a student because otherwise countil taxe has to be paid which will be about another 300 Pounds.
The price does not include the bill, which are about 50 Pounds a month, depending on the consumption.
The deposit is 350 Pounds.
I would prefer to move out at the 9/11/09 but as required it is also possible to get the room a bit earlier.
Best time to come around to have a look at the room would be in the evening because I spend a lot of time in university but if that’s not possible any other time is no problem, just contact me so we can find a date that fits.
