Customer Manager for Cupar / St Andrews (two separate positions)
£21,470 inclusive of Shift Premiums

We have an excellent opportunity for a talented Customer Manager to join a high street financial services company.
Branch based, you will provide excellent customer service through managing and developing your team to maximise sales opportunities and respond to and exceed customer expectations.
Applicants must demonstrate a sound knowledge of financial services and products and background in a sales and/or service environment. You will have previously shown yourself to be a competent people manager, capable of leading and coaching a team, as well as excellent planning and organization skills.
The role is full time, working Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm. Saturday working is required on a rota (usually 1 in 2) for which a generous shift allowance is paid. Annual salary inclusive of shift premiums in £21,470.
