The Craigtay Hotel in Dundee - We will soon be opening an excellent quality grill restaurant (24 cover)

We are looking for a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef who has flair, to run or assist in the running of the kitchen for this new quality restaurant

The Restaurant Grill Bar is opening in the 2star Craigtay Hotel which
is currently being refurbishment to a good 3 star standard with an excellent restaurant. We will be striving for awards.

This provides an exceptional opportunity for an up and coming chef to get recognised, as we have done for Opus One at the New County Hotel in Perth, winning many awards in it's first year.

Service to be covered is Lunch and Dinner (No breakfast shifts)
Must have experience of working with fresh food
You will be a sous chef or chef de partie ready to take the next step

Salary is negotiable depending on experience
