This is a pleasant double room in a maindoor central flat with massive luxury kitchen and shared shower room.The fuel bills and unlimited internet are payable on top. The council tax is £60 per calendar month on top for working people.There is offstreet parking and a garden and a basement for extra storage at a small extra cost if you need it. I would prefer a non smoking working person with normal working hours or a continuing full time student.
