I have two room to rent in the Pentland area of Dundee. One room is a double room and shall be charged at 240 per month. The other room is a single room and shall be charged at 200 per month. The double room is available from 1st July 2008 until August 30th 2008 and the single room is available from 1st June 2008 until August 30th 2008. Please do not ask to move in sooner this will not be possible as the rooms are already occupied. Also please be aware that the double room will not be rented out to two people, only one person may stay in it.

The house itself is a non-smoking residence. It is fully furnished. It has a fully equipped Kitchen that is to be newly fitted in the last two weeks in June. The bathroom is only 2 years old and has a shower. The living room has a tv and stereo and all the usual furniture. The location itself is reasonably central. It is approximately a 10-15 min walk to both Dundee and Abertay University and the city centre . There is a regular bus service nearby.

You will be staying with a 27 year old student doing an accelerated Law degree and my Girlfriend. I am fairly laid back and easy to get on with. I am relatively clean but not immaculate. I am generally quiet and don't have lots of parties
