We’ve all seen people in the gym floating from one machine to the next looking a bit lost without any real sense of direction. A few minutes on the treadmill, stop for a drink, have a chat with friends about lack of results before moving to the next machine and so on! You know what I mean…
So, I have created a new programme which comes in 4 week blocks. Each ‘block’ contains full instructions and exercise demos to follow for the next 4 weeks. It is designed around 2 to 3 gym based sessions a week and is structured to get you the best results in the time you have available. Each session should last approx 45-55 mins.
