I am 24 year old male looking for a decent honest women in the age range of 18-25 to get to know. Want to meet a girl that actually knows what she wants (in a relationship and life in general)

Had to many occasions where you click with someone and they play you along with the idea that their single when they are not or they disclose they have a boyfriend and still want something. And that is just not on especially when the other guy is a nice guy and not a twat.
