Hi i have a jonny g spinner its an exercise bike but a good deal better than ur ordinary ones i got it from shopping channel for my hubby x mas but he now has arthritis so cant use it it comes with 4 dvd's it tells u what discs to use and how long for its like having a personal trainer at home brilliant machine cost new £400 will sell for £200 o.n.o or swap for a nintendo wii welcome to come and see u can get me on 07843129993
