If the answer is yes, Search Consultancy is recruiting experienced Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Dunfermline. This is a temporary position until the end of 2009, maybe January 2010.

Successful candidates must have previous customer service experience, a positive attitude, enjoy talking to people and have a passion for entertainment. The role will involve talking to customers and helping them with any queries they may have. Shift patterns vary and incorporate evenings and candidates must be fully flexible.
