Membership Advisor - Maternity Cover (1 Year) Part Time

We are currently recruiting for a key member of our membership team. You will be a passionate person with customer service experience ideally in leisure or hospitality. You will have worked in a face-to-face environment and be capable of delivering five star customer service at Dundee's Premier Health, Fitness & Racquets Club.

The job involves a challenging array of duties and you will be expected to take ownership of managing and processing members who wish to leave the business. You will also filter all member feedback and ensure the relevant and required actions are taken. This role is only suitable for people with outstanding communication skills.

Reporting to the Sales & Membership Manager you will work to specific targets and must enjoy and flourish in a challenging environment.

This is a part time role, covering maternity leave with an average of 24 hours per week with an immediate start to begin training.
