room in lovely cottage available (£300 pcm)
I have just moved into a beautiful cottage, 10 mins from Dundee or St Andrews. I am looking for share for a while to help with costs. The room for rent is a spacious double, with double bed, fitted double wardrobe and chest of drawers. Broadband would be included but I would be looking for a contribution to light and heat. There is an open fire in the livingroom. Worth seeing. Short term considered as well as medium term. I am a prof woman who works in social work/autism/residential care. Easy going. Couple considered. Smoking outside. No pets. Rent £300 per month. Although I have said avail from 1st November, room is avail immediately as long as sharer doesnt mind my still unpacking elsewhere till then at latest.
