Vacancy Description: Butchers/Beef Boners

Start Date: immediately

Hourly Pay Rate/Salary: £6.75 GBP per hour for 1st 40 hours each week then £7.15 GBP per hour for additional hours worked

Working Hours: 48-60 hours per week, dayshift or nightshift

Holidays: at least 28 days per year

English Language Requirements: Czech Match Level ideally 3+ (CEF B1+)

The clients are seeking qualified butchers and/or slaughterhouse workers experienced to work as beef trimmers and/or beef boners to work in the Perth site in Scotland operated by their clients. You will need to pass a Block Test on site set by the client.

The nearest airports for this client are Glasgow (60 miles), Edinburgh (45 miles) and Dundee (20 miles), although the job is situated in Perth which can also be reached by bus and train from all Scotland’s cities.
