its in good condition no scratches on it, the only thing is the drawer sometimes sticks but that's it, it comes with Call of duty 3, the wireless controller is in black i only bought 3 weeks ago, cost me £30 from asda, the xbox alone cost me £130, before i got the 20gig hard drive, which cost me £45. so in total it all cost me £205, without the games but i don't use it so its time for it to go :) Or would swap for laptop
