i have a 2 bedroom ground floor flat in greenbank place. it is a small quiet street in a great area, with excellent neighbours. it has a large back garden which i use myself with a communual drying area. the flat has been well maintained, it has oak wooden floors, wooden blinds, fully tiled modern bathroom, new doors and fresh decor throughout. we have been here for 12 years, just had another baby or woudnt be moving. it is definately worth a viewing. we are looking for a 3/4 bedroom semi. any nice area considered, would prefer surrounding area.
