Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-intrusive hands-on healing technique for use on yourself and others. Reiki balances and strengthens the body's energy promoting its ability to heal itself.

If you are interested in learning how to balance your energy and begin working on your own healing then Reiki may be for you.

Our next course is on Saturday 31 May and 1 June 2008. There is only 1 place remaining on this course.

Our Reiki 1 course is covered over 1 and a half days, Saturday 10-4pm and Sunday 1-4pm.

The cost of the course is £100 and this includes training, detailed manual, attunement and certifcate on completion of the course. Lunch will be provided on Saturday and refreshments on Saturday and Sunday.

During the course we will cover areas such as the history of Reiki, what is Reiki, chakras, practicing on self and each other and much more.
