I have a room to rent in the Pentland area of Dundee. It is a double room and shall be charged at £240 per month. The double room is available from 1st July 2008 to the 31st August 2008 with no possibility of extension beyond that date. Please do not ask to move in sooner this will not be possible as the room is already occupied. Also please be aware that the double room will not be rented out to two people, only one person may stay in it.

The house itself is a non-smoking residence. It is fully furnished. It has a fully equipped Kitchen that will be decorated in the 1st week of July (Rent will be half price for the week). The bathroom is only 2 years old and has a shower. The living room has a tv and stereo and all the usual furniture. The location itself is reasonably central. It is approximately a 15-20 min walk to the city center. There is a regular bus service near by.

You will be staying with a 27 year old student doing an accelerated Law degree. I am fairly laid back and easy to get on with. I am relatively clean but not immaculate. I am generally quiet and don't have lots of parties.

I would prefer student tenants although other tenants will be considered.
