We are looking for either a Head or Sous Chef with an immediate start.

The venue is a modern Scottish Restaurant, with a style and cocktail bar. We have been critically acclaimed and hold an excellent reputation locally.

Applicants should be able to show competence in all aspects of managing a kitchen, working in a team, and a flair for food.

We serve contemporary Scottish food, utilising local and seasonal produce. Full autonomy is given over menu planning.

The desired applicant will be able to demonstrate passion and excellence in everything they do.
