I'm looking to rent a room in a flat or a house from the end of August or start of September 2008.

I am a student at Abertay University so would prefer a place as near to it as possible. I'm a female, 19, non-smoker, easy-going and sociable, love a good laugh. I am also neat and tidy. My budget is around £250/month.
