Well house-broken man looking for a pied a terre in Tayside (Perth or Dundee). I currently live in Blairgowrie but am moving to Cardiff soon. Am looking for a quiet place where i can come up and work -- for probably only one week in four or five. Will pay monthly if the place is right and rate worth it, as although i won't be there all the time, i need a permanent place to keep as a base in Scotland. When there i am happy to cook (with style), am clean and tidy, and pretty handy around the house. I am an independent research consultant working in rural and community development in Scotland. As a result i need a Scottish base from which to do field work and to keep up with what is going on. I have my own furnishings, but am flexible. All i need is a place to leave my car on the street, broadband and the ability to get to and from Edinburgh airport on public transport. I am easy going, friendly, and can take care of myself. This might be ideal for a person or couple who want a larger flat, but need a supplement to help them afford it.
