Relief Chef required for up to 6 - 8 weeks work at Hotel on the Isle of Skye, Scotland.

You must have previous experience at Sous/Head chef level and can provide references.

To assist the smooth running of the kitchen and deputise for the Head Chef in their abscence.

Hours: min 40 per week

Rate: £10ph and travel expenses paid
