We have a very enormous flat in a Georgian villa with one more room that we are permitted to rent out, from July 1st for one year. The flat is on a quiet lane, just off Perth Road and opposite Duncan of Jordanstone building. It has a large garden and off-road parking, GCH, double glazing, washing machine and dryer, large lounge, shower, separate attic guest bedroom etc.

Rent is £200 pcm with one month rent deposit. Bargain!

We require a female, to live with one female and one male student who are very easygoing and nice. We like alternative music, gigs, photography etc. Please let us know an idea of your interests if possible.
