I am a newly graduated Art student that enjoys the normal outgoing social life, but also appreciates nights in to relax and watch films and listen to decent music like interpol, joy division, jeff buckley, Kings of Leon, The smiths, MSTRKRFT and even Radiohead.

The monthly rate does not include bills, but usually the bills are minimal as the flat is on the 2nd floor and heating is generally never required, especially in the summer.
