I have a double bedroom available for rent from the 20th of April.
It is 4 bedroom town house 5 mins walk from the city center. With Large Kitchen and Living room, 2 bathrooms (1 shower and 1 bath). The bedroom has a double bed, Wardrobe, bedside table and desk if needed. The room is neutrally decorated. Also, pots and pans, cutlery, plates, iron, iron board, drying screens etc provided.

There is 3 of us living in the house, all girls aged 21-25. 2 of us are professionals and 1 student. We are looking for another friendly, tidy, female flatmate.

The rent is £230 p.m plus share of bills (and council tax if your are professional), deposit £350. Internet access is available.
