I bed flat available from 21/12/09. Flat is partially furnished and consist of: bedroom with double bed, bathroom/toilet - new bath with shower, new toilet, living room/kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine, cook, tea table, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Double glazing, electrical heating, flat is clean and quite recently decorated ( bedroom freshly painted in August). Because we are moving from Dundee we also offer our stuff for sale (optional): tv, microwave, toaster, table and 4 chairs, additional chest of drawers, some shelves, mirror, lamps and kitchen units ( there were only 2 in kitchen so we bought additional 3 wall units).
