Full time sous chef /chef de partie required at a busy restaurant, wine bar & private dining room in Perth. The daily changing menu relies upon seasonal produce and influences include French, Spanish and British cuisines.
This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work within a small, motivated, highly experienced team and to further develop culinary skills.
The right candidate must have at least 3 years experience and be reliable, honest, creative and able to work well under pressure.
Salary is negotiable, and dependant upon experience.
