Nikki offers a mobile, fully trained (HABIA approved) and insured hair extension service to those living in central Scotland. Whether your goal is to add new length or volume, Nikki Hair Extensions can accommodate both with ease.

My professional hair extensions and hair systems will quickly transform the appearance of fine, lifeless or short hair to provide any woman with new thick, long, and luscious hair.

As a hair extension technician, I aim to offer the best service achievable. As an avid hair extension wearer myself, I know only too well that there are numerous salons (and freelancers) out there over-charging, skimping on hair, or worse, using cheap/poor quality hair! I have on occasion, even flown to London just to have my hair extended (in the hopes of getting a good job, within my budget). I do not therefore skimp on hair like some salons often do, I do not charge per strand, nor do I use poor quality hair. I offer very fair prices, for an equally good, if not better service as many of the salons. Having worked in the hair extension industry for years, I have refined my hair suppliers and am now certain that I am using the best hair available in the country. I know only too well that there is an abundance of counterfeit hair on the market today and for these reasons I select only the finest quality human Remy Indian or Genuine European hair for my clients and despite this my prices are still very fair. I want your extensions to last, and look fabulous for as long as possible! (as I would my own!)

I do not do this a side-line part-time job. I fit hair extensions daily and have spent alot of time refining my techniques and my suppliers. I have a wide client base including regular clients that travel to me from up north and even abroad.

I offer strand-by-strand (permanent) extensions – using the micro-bead application method. This newer and more unique method of hair extension application is specifically designed to nurture and protect the fine, fragile nature of Caucasian hair – with superior results. Micro-rings offer a fantastic no-glue application. It is not only safer, if looked-after correctly, it is much more durable and longer-lasting than the fusion method. And nost importantly, this method will NOT damage your own hair! I always send my clients away with comprehensive aftercare instructions and should you need my assistance at any point after fitting I am only a phonecall away!

Please be aware when having extensions done anywhere. You do not need to have a licence to do hair extensions and for these reasons there are people out there claiming to be hair extension specialists after having done a one-day training course! On numerous occassions, I have had to fix/remove extensions fitted by people who are not properly trained, and have as a consequence damaged their clients hair quite seriously! Be wary of extensions which cost too little (as the hair will definitely be of poor quality) and those who are charging too much (even the best quality European hair does not cost the world!). And remember to ask lots of questions and make sure you see a comprehensive portfolio.
