i am looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom semi in ardler, st marys, brackens or one of the surrounding areas for rent.

i need something with a decent size garden for my 2 children in a fairly quiet area. i am willing to do some home improvement if the property needs it as i am a joiner by trade.

i would ideally be looking for this property for january but if the right property come available now then i would also consider it now.

ideally i would be looking for a 2 bedroom at under 500 a month or a 3 bedroom under 600 a month.

if you are willing to rent to me private and not through a letting company that would also be better for both parties (no management costs)

if you have one of the sancuary houses in ardler and want out i could come to some kind of cash deal for your property.

i am available to view most nights so if you have anything that you think may interest me then let me know asap as i am keen to get things moving.
